This agreement explains the limited permission you receive to use the Homearr interface and the responsibilities that come with that permission.
1. Your agreement with Homearr
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you and the operator of Homearr. It applies when you open, access, or use the Homearr website and its search interface. By using Homearr, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.
The separate Terms of Use govern your use of the search service, and the Privacy Policy describes how information moves through it.
2. The license we give you
Subject to this EULA, Homearr gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for lawful, non-commercial purposes. This is a license to use the interface; no ownership interest is transferred to you.
3. What remains ours
The Homearr name, visual design, interface, source materials, arrangement, and other original elements are owned by the service operator or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Boundaries of the license
You may not:
- sell, sublicense, rent, assign, or commercially distribute the Homearr interface;
- remove ownership notices or represent Homearr as your own service;
- use automated methods to overload, probe, disrupt, or bypass the interface;
- introduce malicious code or use the site to interfere with another person’s device or account;
- copy or adapt protected elements except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Third-party components and destinations
Homearr connects your browser to third-party services to request suggestions and search results. Those services are not licensed to you under this EULA. Their own terms, licenses, and policies apply when you communicate with them. Homearr does not grant rights in third-party content or services.
6. Updates and compatibility
Homearr may change the interface, replace components, correct defects, or stop supporting particular browsers or devices. An update may be required for continued use. We do not promise that every version will remain available or compatible with every environment.
7. Suspension and termination
Your license ends automatically if you materially violate this EULA. We may also suspend or discontinue the service. When the license ends, you must stop using protected Homearr materials. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and general interpretation continue to apply after termination.
8. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Homearr is licensed “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free suggestions, the accuracy of third-party results, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every harmful component. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this paragraph may not apply to you.
9. Limits of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from the licensed interface, including lost data, opportunity, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. General terms
Applicable law governs this EULA without creating a choice of law that would remove non-waivable consumer protections. If one provision cannot be enforced, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. This EULA does not create an agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
